In the guns there is lubricating oil, exspecially for bars. In order to make the chain saw work well , the bar must keep work smoothly .

1. Before using the lubricant ,clean out the guide bar grease hole.

2. Place the grease gun nozzle over the hole in the guide bar body

3. Press down on the grease gun .Repear untill grease comes through the bar nose area, about 3 to 5 pumps.

All grease guns are prone to air locks which can lead to restricted grease flow, remove the plastic cap and apply even pressure to the plunger unti grease fills the lower chamber. Re-install the cap and rewume greasing.
